How it works

Search the chosen day in the first location at 30-minute start intervals. Every minute of the meeting must fit each participant’s selected weekdays and hours. No holidays or existing calendar events are assumed.

Example

London 09:00–18:00 and New York 09:00–17:00 overlap from 14:00 to 18:00 London time on 15 January 2027.

Will downloading invite everyone?

No. The .ics file contains one event with exact UTC start and end times. Import it into your calendar and send invitations yourself. One-time imports do not update automatically.
