How it works
Measure elapsed time without adding an extra starting day. Complete months are always anchored to the original start date. A missing day uses the last day of the target month, without cumulative month-to-month drift.
Example
31 January 2027 to 30 March 2027 is 0 years, 1 month, 30 days, or 58 elapsed days. Two complete months are reached on 31 March.
Are holidays included, and does this calculate employment benefits?
All calendar days are included. This tool does not subtract career breaks or determine severance or employment entitlements. Use the working-days tool for a custom workweek and explicit days off.
